In my opinion the beret is a rather chic accessory and is therefore not suitable for every style of clothing. Since I would fit into the category “sporty-elegant”, it was clear to me …
“I need this cap – and preferably in all kind color variations!”
For today’s look, I decided to wear a slightly simple one. The good thing about a classic beanie is that it turns a rather simple look into a cool street style. I must confess, without the beret my elegant autumn look would seem a bit boring. A dark blue coat, some black jeans, a knitted sweater and boots – an outfit that could absolutly typical for Hamburg. But once you put a little statement on the head, it creates a casual look that sets me directly in a Parisian kind of mood. You see, only a small detail can change so much in an entire outfit. And for exactly that reason, I am an absolute proponent of the beret trend.
